Customer Satisfaction
As I went to a hypermarket nearby my living area. We have to buy a diabetic sugar and something for breakfast. Cutting the intro short, there I was with my wife lining up at a cash-only register (in which Oprah might translate it as the express register). Despite of the supposed to be express, four register machine line, there was only ne registry operational. Mind you that I am shopping at a very acknowledge establishment as a huge retail chain. And great … There was only one staffed register at the cash only line.
But to my dismay, that’s not the main issue here. I have an issue with what they are selling to us. Were there any real QC that a damaged warehouse inventory made its way to a shelf on such establishment? If there’s such QC being implemented, wtf is this can doing up in the shelf.
The point? Is that in my lovely country so said full of friendly people weren’t so friendly and tends to ignore quality…
I believe the product manufacturer should complaint first because this won’t look good to the customer. And what if we consumer complaints about it? We got to be thrown to jail. Nice isn’t it?
